The entire construction scheme of the Qadirabad Barrage has been discussed including silt exclusion, fish ladder, bridges and river training. various techniques of densification and compaction of ground and control and testing of these operation and control of plant, the design manufacture and testing of concrete, techniques of prestressed concrete and methods of dewatering the silt have been discussed.
