Abstract
Introduction: Workplace bullying is a condition, when it becomes difficult for an employee to defend himself/herself against the harassment which he/she is facing persistently over a prolonged period of time due to imbalance of power. Conclusion: More future research is mandatory in different organizations with different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, so that performance of employees should be maximized while keeping their health at top level.
