The right nutrition at the right time is essential for survival, health and development. Most developing countries are confronted with many aid and infrastructure limitations that hinder their economic development. Nutritional deficiencies, bad environmental situations, and inadequate educational background prevent children from obtaining an education that is essential for futures killed labour and economic growth. Nutrients play a vital role in human resource improvement as the lack of critical nutrients results in malnutrition, which impacts a person's cognitive and physical condition, resulting in poor health and poor job performance. A starving and malnourished child may also have mild to severe learning disabilities and poor school performance; a sick, undernourished individual could be respond well to treatment, may waste many hours of labour, and may continue to deplete domestic and family resources. In Pakistan, threat of nutritional problems is alarming. The government must urgently address this issue of all kinds of malnutrition by formulating and assessing nutrition and health regulations and programmes to improve the diet and health of its population and exceptionally, to do some day today education to get rid of illiteracy.
