Abstract:
Studies of growth rate in rats administered with Dimethylnitrosamine (NDMA) and Diethylnitrosamine (NDEA) has shown significant levels at 596. Statistical evaluation supports the fact that physiological change is reflected on the physical state of the animal under prolonged experiments. The criteria of growth rate is therefore, important from the pathological point of view in experiments involving carcinogens.
