Abstract:

The phase diagram of a trimer-trimer model has been studied for a hexagonal lattice. We have also studied the effect of diffusion and desorption of the trimer on the phase diagram through Monte-Carlo simulation. The effect of desorption of the timer shows similar behavior as observed in the dimer-timer model when desorption of the dimmer is taken into account.
