Abstract:
The purpose: The aim of this research is to examine the possibility of strengthening the organizational loyalty of a sample of faculties Iraqi tourism education (Mustansiriya / Karbala) in the event of a conflict within those institutions as well Explain the relationship and influence between the variables of the research by analyzing the views of the educational institutions of tourism by (105) questionnaire distributed.
