Water pollution studies of the urban and industrial areas of NWFP, Pakistan.

Abstract:
The object of present investigation was to study the water samples collected from the industrial area of N.W.F.P. i.e. from Nowshera industrial area. The samples from different industrial wastes, river water and drinking waters were collected and for them different parameters like H, alkalinity, conductivity, hardaness, chloride contents and C.O.D. were measured. This study will help in water pollution study of the industrial areas and nearby rivers.
