A new species of the genus Stegolophodon from Lehri, District Jhelum, Punjab, Pakistan.

Abstract:
A large-sized Stegolophodont upper third molar has been described from near the village Lehri district Jhelum Punjab, Pakistan. Its comparison with the known species of the genus has proved it to be a new species. The name Stegolophodon lehriensis, has been given to this new species.
