Abstract:
A case of tuberculous pericarditis with effusion is reported. According to foreign literature and books published tuberculosis is considered as a rare cause of pericarditis nowa-a-days. It is to be taken as the commonest cause in our country because in the absence of, proper chemotherapv the prognosis is very grave.
