What is proton scattering radiography.

Abstract:
One advantage of proton scattering radiography is the facility of printing the radiographs without loss of tonal range. A new method of radiography employing proton is described. It has the unique property of depending on scattering rather than absorption, so the radiographs reveal an aspect of objects different from that shown by X-rays, ` Neutrons or other methods using protons. The possible role of this type of radiography is examined.
