The influence of Islamic religious education on students' spiritual well-being at Madrasah Aliyah Nurussalam Ciwarak

Abstract:
This study investigates the connections between Islamic religious instruction and the spiritual well-being of students in Madrasah settings. The sample was quantitatively examined using 329 students from various Madrasah settings. This paper looks into how Islamic religious education is related to students' spiritual well-being in the Madrasah settings. The findings depict the influence of educational effect, religious participation, and curriculum quality within Madrasah communities and help in deducing implications for educational policy, community engagement, and future research endeavors. Hence, this reveals that they need religious education injected into the academic curriculum so as to promote students' spiritual development, which points to the far-reaching educational techniques and laws. The findings of the present study go beyond theoretical issues and subsidizemeaningfully to the already vast body of information on the holistic development of students in Islamic educational institutions. Besides, the study underlines the imperative need to develop not only the intellectual capabilities of students but also their spiritual essence-a task that goes further than traditional academic lessons and influences the total development of a human being
