Abstract:
An inexpensive device has been developed for maintaining liquid levels in tanks between fixed floats mounted on a vertical shaft whose motion operates a snap switch that starts or stops a pump motor to fill the tank. The method is effective over a wide range of levels and for all types of liquids. It has proved very reliable during one year of on line tests.
