Abstract:
Roots of Psoralea corylifolia Linn, were found heavily infected with vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizal endophytes. General VAM infection was 100% having fungal hypae with typical VAM characteristics, high arbuscular frequency (100%) and low vesicular infection (20%), Vesicles of different shapes, sizes and contents and the morphology of VAM fungal hyphae indicated the presence of multiple VAM infection.
