Abstract:

Yield of wheat cultivars as affected by irrigated conditions at Faisalabad during 1980-81. The treatments comprised three varieties, 'LU-26', Yecora' and SA-75' and five seed rates viz., 18.50, 37.00, 55.50, 74.00 and 92.50 kg/ha, respectively. The results indicated that seeding below 92.50 kg/ha did not improve the grain yield materially in timely sown crop under irrigated conditions.
