Xanthogranulamatous pyelonephritis

Abstract:
A case of xanthogranulamatous pyelonephritis is presented which was clinically diagnosed as a renal tumor. Nephrectomy was carried out with removal of perinephric fat and suprarenal gland. Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of xanthogranulamatous pyelonephritis
