Vitamin-A contents of the nutritional fats.

Abstract:
Fats classified as Vanaspati Ghee contain the highest average amount of vitamin-A whereas Dairy Butter contains the lowest. The fats analysed were arranged in the following order on the basis of their average vitamin-A contents: Vanaspati Ghee > Homemade Butter > Daisi Ghees > Cooking Oil > Dairy Butter.
