Abstract:
The utilization of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines has expanded beyond large-scale industrial settings to include households and small businesses, driven by their indispensable functionality. Conventional chemical processes employed in the manufacturing of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) are fraught with risks, safety concerns, exorbitant costs, and time inefficiencies. In response to these challenges, a groundbreaking 3-axis precise CNC machine has been developed. This innovative machine not only fabricates PCBs but also boasts versatility, accommodating various materials and tools for multitasking purposes. Central to its operation is the integration of Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software for seamless data input. The incorporation of the TB-6560 controller enables precise adjustments across the X, Y, and Z axes, ensuring unparalleled accuracy in operations. With its automated capabilities for drilling, engraving, and cutting, this advanced CNC machine heralds a significant advancement in efficiency and productivity without compromising quality.
