Trichotillomania and Trichobezoar in a 12-Year Old Girl

Abstract:
Gastric bezoars are described as the collection of non-digestible foreign material in the stomach. Bezoars are known as trichobezoar when they consist of hair. We report a case trichobezoar in a 12-years old girl. Her symptoms were mimicking with abdominal malignancy but CT scan abdomen revealed trichobezoar which is quite a rare diagnosis.
