Abstract:

A method for detection of contact nuclei has been described. Simultaneously collected sets of filters were processed in the conventional way and using water spray technique. It has been shown that the latter technique gives an order of magnitude higher count than the former. The daily variation of the concentrations of deposition nuclei and contact nuclei has been found to be in phase.
