A new species of genus Pseudobonzia Smiley (Prostigmata: Acari) from Punjab, Pakistan.

Abstract:
Adult female of a new cunaxid mite, Pseudobonzia ashfaqi, was collected during the taxonomic exploration of the mite fauna of the family Cunaxidae from Punjab, Pakistan. This species was compared with three already described species of this genus from Pakistan. Illustrations and description of this new species, alongwith its distribution and distinguishing remarks, are also given.
