Abstract:
Ten pyridyl-substituted pyrazine ligands containing ferroin atomic grouping have been-examined as complexing reagents for ruthenium (ii) and their molar absorptivities at their respective Max have been reported. The effect of methyl substitution on absorption maxima and molar absorptivities are established.
