All the forms reported from the domains of Pakistan, in literature, are listed. Keys for in&.ntification are presented. Distribution of each form in Pakistan and in other parts of the world are stated. All the taxonomical changes which have occurred since the works of Minton (1966) and Mertens (1969) are incorporated.
