Abstract:
Bioinformatics is a branch of study used in research area and is defined as biological systems studies by employing computerizing tools. So we can say that bioinformatics deals with computation management of all kinds of biological information. They are related with genes and their products. Bioinformatics together, store, analyze and integrate biological and genetic information that is applied for the developmental biology, evolutionary biology, or to gene base drug development. Advance molecular biology has allowed rapid sequencing of human genomic project as gene bank is growing. Bioinformatics involves analysis of sequencing data by tools of computer thus introducing "computation biology" of genetic information making an organism its genome obtained as long thread DNA molecule. This sequence is studied and work is carried out for many functions in cells of living organism.
