Abstract:
The wide application of structural cum topological methods for studying the transient behaviour of control systems and the use of standard subroutines of numerical integration for the solution of systems of differential equations require hectic preparatory work to adapt the structural diagram of the system for modeling purpose. A simplified but highly accurate approach is suggested here to simulate on a personal computer continuous time control systems of varying degrees of complexity easily and with minimal effort for preparatory work.
