Abstract:
Ages of 1, 798 perch, sampled during November 1969 to December 1971, were determined form their opercular bones. All the bones, which showed iso-metric growth, were back-calculated. All available evidences showed that such back-calculation of growth are accurate. The growth does not form Von Ber- talanffy formula. Growth was slow compared to that in most other large European lakes.
