Tobacco-field weeds of Peshawar valley.

Abstract:
Weeds of tobacco fields were collected and a comprehensive key was formulated for their identification. A total of seventeen specimens was recorded. These are Poa annua, Cynodon dactylon Convolvulus arvensis, Anagallis arvensis, Fumaria indica, Taraxacum officinalis, Euphorbia prostrata, E. helioscopia, Coronopus didymus, Malcolmia africana, Goldbachia laevigata, Veronica didyma, Trianthema portulacastrum, Chenopodium murala, Spergula pentandra, Stellaria media and Cerastium fontannum.
