Abstract:
The types of tuberculin used for tuberculin skin testing and their properties, the various multi-puncture tests employed and their interpretations are discussed. Also discussed is the BCG vaccination, situations in which the use of BCG is suggested, its limitations and its association with various adverse reactions.
