This article reports the provision of new maxillary complete denture by duplicating the patient's existing and old denture. The importance, aims, limitations and various factors to be considered prior to the use of this technique as well as the various methods available have been discussed. The objective was to provide information to the practicing dentist regarding the usefulness of existing dentures when making replacement prostheses for patients.
