Abstract:
The main cause of adrenal insufficiency is autoimmune destruction of adrenal glands and primary adrenal failure is rarely seen in SLE. Chorea is a well recognized but a rare manifestation of SLE. We are reporting a case of SLE and Addison\'s disease
