Abstract:
Having a healthy population significantly impacts the country's socio-economic development. A healthy population is more productive, earns more money, and enjoys a higher standard of living than a sick or infirm population. Overeating and under-nutrition are also significant contributors to the country's rising disease burden, as are poor eating habits and people with a propensity for malnutrition. Diet plays a crucial role in illness development, and Pakistan's city-dwelling population is consuming an unhealthy diet. The situation in Pakistan has deteriorated as the prevalence of communicable and non-communicable diseases continues to rise. As a developing country, Pakistan is particularly vulnerable to the spread of these illnesses. As a result of the country's financial problems and poor economic standing, new health challenges have emerged that are making matters worse; there isn't a single remedy to the myriad health concerns. Even while the health care system in the United States has made significant progress over the years, it is still unable to address the issues that rural residents face adequately.
