Abstract:
Science has numerous sectors of inquiry. A scientist has to be selective to specialize and/or to make a notable contribution. Research Institutes and the universities provide best forum for a scientist's intellectual development. Whatever wisdom and knowledge science provides, politicians control-an irony indeed.
