Abstract:
A case of ventricular aneurysm with typical history and clinical features is described. The X-Ray and ECG tracings are reproduced to explain various diagnostic features. In all patients with ventricular aneurysm, chemotherapy should be given a thorough trial before surgery is undertaken.
