Abstract:
Meal planning is the process of building a weekly menu to best suit your nutritional needs. It can take the guesswork out of dinner time, help you to stick to budget and help keep your nutritional Goals on track. Some people follow a meal planning with a specific outcomes in mind, such as weight loss or cholesterol improvements. Some may be geared towards managing a specific health condition, Such as type-2 diabetes or heart disease. There is so many advantages of meal planning .You can save time, money, eat healthy, Avoid food wastages etc. Also can eat all types of Food which required for healthy life such foods are vegetables, grains, fruits, carbs and proteins etc. Meal planning associated with healthier diet and less obesity. Principal of meal plannings are adequacy in nutrition, balanced meal for diet (3 main groups are involved like energy giving food group, etc.), attractive to taste and colour, Moderation, Variety, Energy, Portion Control. If you can't follow meal planning so you may eat those foods which you don't like and you eat repeatedly food from many days. So we can't eat same foods same days. If food is not attractive nobody will eat. In this manner nutritional requirements of healthy body not meet to the target and secondly, time and money also wasted.
