Abstract:
The effect of the different seed rates and the application of different fertilizers at the seed quality of two indigenous and introduced varieties of lentil have been presented. The flavour of 'Giza 9' decorticated seeds cooked under a pressure of 10-11 psi is found to be significantly superior to that of the 'local' variety.
