Abstract:
The classic debate of superiority of analog or Digital Technologies has been applied to Microwave Radios and pros and cons evaluated from a third world point of view, where as a consequence of limited funds only bare minimum equipment can be purchased and expensive, dedicated test, maintenance and troubleshooting gear cannot be afforded. An unbiased analyses devoid of any sales pitch has been made.
