Abstract:

In order to achieve a Six-Sigma quality, a Methodology applied on Armature Resistance Process, the methodology presented in this paper describes the main components and the logical sequence to make continuous improvement for the process. Some flexibility to add other components to slight modification of logical sequence may be needed to adopt individual situation. According to Six-Sigma Standard the results are not achieved so, but the Methodology if applied continuously can lead the results as desired, for instance Armature Resistance Process Ppk=0.89.Ppk
