Abstract:

Two species of the genus Opistholebes Nicoll, 1915 are describ-ed from the fish Diodon hystrix from the coast of Karachi. These include O. equicotylus new species and 0. diodontis Cable, 1956. This is the first report of the genus from Pakistan.
