A simple method of cephalo-pelvimetry is described. In practice, one has to place the transparent scale over the films and take the reading thereof. Merely addition and substraction gives the recording of areas. Prognosis is readily obtained and reporting is simply coded. An accuracy of 99.1 per cent has been claimed.
