Abstract:

Male albino rats were fed on control and vitamin 'C' Supplemented diet for 8 weeks. Vitamin 'C' supplemented diet significantly increased the weight gain, whereas vitamin 'C' supplemented diet significantly decreased the serum cholesterol, liver cholesterol and serum glucose level.
