Abstract
The use of nanoparticles brings a new era in the administration of drugs that are safe for living organisms. Various products including nanoparticles have been synthesized in an attempt to generate more effective wound recovery treatments that have remarkable antibacterial and mechanical properties. Many research has been conducted to identify and analyze nanobiocomposites that aid in wound healing and have been found to be efficient against MDR bacteria. Both natural and synthetic materials can be electrospun to provide high-quality outcomes that work well with a variety of topical herbs and medicines for wound healing. A variety of synthesized nanoparticles with commercial potential have a considerable impact on experimental models of wound healing. The aim of this study is to fabricate nanobiocomposites by the conjugation of zinc nanoparticles with xanthan and guar gum as green matrix to evaluate its biological and toxicological potentials. Characterization of these polymer based nanobiocomposites was performed by using different analytical techniques which includes, UV-Vis spectroscopy, FTIR, SEM, and Zeta-sizer. Further, toxicological studies includes hemolytic and Ames assay performed of the developed nanobiocomposites to quantify non-toxic and non-mutagenic potential for their safe use in medical application. This research provided a quick overview of recent developments and future concerns with regard to various nanomaterial systems utilized for wound healing. This research may be of great use to medical practitioners wanting to pick the finest wound repair solutions and therefore avoid the common wound issues.
