Abstract:
Early detection and early treatment with anti-TB drugs are basic strategies in controlling tuberculosis, but it is being hampered due to HIV epidemic commonly called AIDS. When a person is infected with AIDS virus, it is observed that his defense is shattered and combined infection of TB and AIDS proves to be fatal. Alarming figures of the cases of AIDS virus infection recorded by different institutions and hospitals warn to adopt some strategy for control of this disease also in order to achieve effective control of tuberculosis.
