Abstract:

Parsing is an essential branch of Natural Language Processing (NLP). It defines whether or not different parts of speech in a language are arranged in a valid pattern such as a phrase or a sentence. Part of speech tagging is helpful in the creation of a parser for a language. Before developing a parser, knowledge of the sentence structure for a language and its different phrases are necessary. This research paper is about the theoretical analysis of different phrases of Pashto language. This work leads to the creation of Pashto language parser.
