Abstract:

One of the most significant features of the organisation of the Swedish State Power. Board is the very real decentralization of functions and authority within it. This decentralization of functions, responsibility and powers is by deliberation and has been arrived at after the reorganization which started in 1962. The benefits accrue from the re-organisation could be of real value for application in WAPDA.
