Abstract:

m-Bromo N,N-dimethylbenzylamine and its complexes with Zn (II) and Cd (II) metals were synthesized. The nature of m-Bromo NN-dimethylbenzylamine and its complexes was evaluated on the basis of W/ visible and Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy and analytical data. Estimation of metal contents in the complexes was carried out by atomic absorption spectroscopy. The crystal structure of the complexes was determined by X-ray diffraction spectroscopy.
