Abstract:
A sound science-based educational environment attained through a systematic acquisition of basic knowledge and its assimilation and application to specific requirements for the prosperity of the country is called for. The paper aims to illustrate resources in basic raw materials and energy awaiting development and utilization, which would minimize imports and reduce ever-growing debts.
