A few Ostracods from Sargodha (Pakistan).

Abstract:
In a preliminary survey ten species of freshwater Ostracods were recorded from Sargodha. Out of these only one Heterecypris (Cyprinotus) incongruens and Cypertia globulus have already been recorded from Lahore, Punjab by Arora (1931) where as all others viz: Cyclocypris globosa, Cypria opthalmica, Cypricercus fuscatus, Cyprinotus salinus, Cyprinotus fretensis, Pionocypris vidua, Cypridopsis aculeata, and Heterocypris reptens are new records.
