The concentrations of four antituberculous drugs in cold abscesses of patients with bone and joint tuberculosis.

Abstract:
The concentrations of the four drugs obtained at different periods from the serum and cold abscess in the four groups were analyzed statistically. The mean value of each group and the corresponding curves showed that the drug concentrations in cold abscesses, an important component of bone and joint tuberculous foci, do not entirely represent those in the bone lesions and the caseious nectrotic material.
