Abstract:
The present studies were conducted for the identification of the fossil gastropods collected from the Chorgali Formation of Early Eocene age, locally known as the Bhadrar Beds and exposed at the Central Salt Range, Punjab, Pakistan. Palaeontological studies indicate that five species of the gastropods, representing five genera belonging to three families are present in the gastropod fauna.
