Abstract:
Environmental sustainability is severely threatened by the critical global issue of climate change. This instructive abstract is proposed to provide an indication of the level of knowledge on climate change and its effects on environmental sustainability. The abstract will deliver the effects of climate change and highlight the importance of compelling action to protect our ecosystem. Several issues contribute to climate change, including social acts such as the use of fossil fuels, deforestation, and deviations in land use. These struggles have resulted in greenhouse gas emissions, which deception heat in the atmosphere and create the greenhouse effect, which causes warming. Climate change touches many features of the environment, including ecosystems, biodiversity, water sources, and human healthiness. Climate change is causing changes in the frequency and intensity of extreme weather events including storms, floods, and droughts, as well as changes in precipitation distribution and duration, which is melting ice sheets and raising sea levels. These impacts have caused extinctions, food web collapse, and agricultural decline. To delay climate change, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, promote sustainable land use, and protect ecosystems and biodiversity. To summarize, climate change is a major hazard to the sustainability of the environment, and its determination requires immediate action.
