Abstract:
Production of Sahiwal breed can be raised by proper caring and scientific breeding, and the genetic variation could be exploited further As observed the difference in the extent of variation in most economic characters between stock reared in tropical and temperate countries are more probably due to differences in husbandry than to any inherent differences between tropical and temperate breeds of cattle.
